22 May 2019 St Pauls Carnival – Saturday 6th July 2019 Dear Resident or Business Owner St Pauls Carnival attracts a large number of people into the St Pauls area of Bristol, the attendance at last year’s Carnival was reported by the local authorities to be in the region of 100,000 people. The event is free, with stages, sound systems, food, drink and craft stalls and a procession featuring children from local schools, dance groups and floats.
